About Us:
Beeston Women’s first team boasts a group of highly skilled and experienced players determined
to reclaim their spot in the National Premier League. With a rich history of success and a
commitment to excellence, we’re ready to take our game to the next level. Beeston Hockey Club
has one of the best hockey specific venues within the country, with a thriving female section.
The Role:
We’re seeking a hungry and energetic coach who can inspire and motivate
our players to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will be tactically
flexible, detail-oriented, and able to foster a supportive team culture.
Responsibilities:
• Develop players’ individual skills and tactical understanding.
• Work closely with the playing group and performance
team, including the women’s second team.
• Attend all training sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as weekend fixtures.
• Provide support during the indoor campaign, leveraging indoor coaching experience.
• Collaborate with club management and stakeholders to drive success on and off the field.
Qualifications:
• Coaching experience at a high level, preferably in England
Hockey Premier Division or National North/South.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A track record of player development and team success.
• Competent in using HUDL and video analysis.
